Hi, I’m Seungmin Jeong.
I am a PhD student in Informatics at UCI. I’m working with Dr. Yunan Chen in the HAI (Health and Information) Lab.
I do exploratory studies on Caregiving and Childcare Work across childcare facilities and home-based settings.
My research lies at the intersection of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and Computer-Supported Cooperative Work (CSCW).
I was a UX Designer for video/music streaming platforms, combining mixed-method research and low-fidelity prototyping to inform product development.
I received my B.A. in Information and Multimedia Culture at Seoul National University (Mentor: Dr. Joonhwan Lee), South Korea.
